- Perform drug utilization review, clinical documentation, and quality assurance.
- Prescribe clarifications, therapeutic interventions, and prescription entry.
- Communicate with patients and prescribers by telephone and in person.
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and positive attitude are important for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist required.
- An Active AZ Pharmacist License in good standing required.
- Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy experience in retail, clinical, or hospital setting preferred.
