    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at RHP Properties' Timberlake community in Pensacola, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.

    About the Role

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week.

    • Perform maintenance tasks to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
    • Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager in a timely manner.
    • Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors, and other employees in a courteous and cooperative manner.
    • Identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval.

    You will also be responsible for ensuring community grounds are appropriately manicured, removing and disposing of garbage, performing snow removal, and advising the Community Manager of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large/bulk items that may require pickup arrangements.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service skills, and a valid operator's license.
