Looking for a part time team to live on site and manage a small community in St. Joseph, MN.TEAM consists of one part time maintenance and one part time manager/ caretaker.
The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, positive verbal and written skills. The property managers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the community.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manager:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins regarding rental booking and lease inquiriesCustomer service skills, apartment and house showings, and sale of homesOversee day to day operations for communitiesCommon area cleaning and turn overPrepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residentsCollect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental softwareProcess resident inquiries and complaints enforcing community living standardsCopy and email when needed, run errands as necessaryAssist in court appearance and make appearance for eviction actionsMaintenance:Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as neededGrounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenanceOrganize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments#J-18808-Ljbffr
