    Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Texstar Enterprises, LLC.

    Reporting to the subsidiary President, the Human Resources Manager drives HR practices and objectives that will foster an employee oriented; high performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, quality, and productivity.

    What you'll do...

    • Develops strong relationships with business partners/internal customers as well as leading functional areas of HR such as employee relations, performance management, HR policy, projects and initiatives
    • Identify talent needs, develop and execute on talent acquisition strategies
    • In partnership with leadership, identify employee training needs. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate employee training.
    • Implement performance management process to align individual performance with business needs
    • Assist in review of employee compensation
    • Lead investigation of employee concerns
    • Ensure subsidiary's compliance with all local, state and federal employment and labor requirements
    • Provide advice, and direction on ADA, FMLA, Worker's Compensation, and employee- relations issues – consulting and coordinating with corporate human resources
    • Participate in performance feedback for other staff members; support development of teamwork
    • Work with subsidiary leadership to ensure any policy/procedural changes are discussed prior to implementation and to communicate policy changes to the organization at large.
    • Responsible for managing employee information in company HRIS and I-9 compliance
    Qualifications
    Who we are looking for...

    • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 8-10 years HR experience related to compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management
    • Proficient in reading and writing both English and Spanish
    • Experience in HR practices and systems (HRIS)
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with staff at all levels
    • Must be a team player with exceptional customer service skills and works with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and conduct oneself in a professional manner
    • Strong organization and attention to details skills
    • Ability to effectively multi-task
    • Thorough knowledge of current trends and issues in Human Resources Management
