    Workplace Solutions encompasses Corporate Real Estate, the Results Delivery Office and eDelivery/Print Operations.     What You'll Do

    • Clean, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
    • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights
    • Document data sources, dashboard designs, and standard procedures for handoff and scalability
       

    Internship Details
    Dates:  Nine week program starting in early June 2026
    Location:  Syracuse, NY 
    Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office)
    Hourly Rate:  $22/hour

    Required

    • Rising senior in an accredited Bachelor's degree program (Class of 2027) in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred
    • Strong in Finance and Data Analytics 
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, basic charts)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently 
    • Proactive mindset and eager to learn 
    • Ability to work during the full 9-week program

    Preferred

    • Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) or Power Query in Power BI
    • Exposure to financial statements or business reporting
    • Basic understanding of databases or SQL
