- This is a newly created position due to growth.
- Ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience in BTR and/or multi-family asset management.
- Monitoring portfolio operations of residential platform and financial performance; providing recommendations to maximize the performance of each asset.
- Creating and maintaining portfolio financial models to assess and compare the historical and projected performance of assets to underwriting.
- Preparing institutional-quality reports and presentations for distribution to senior management, equity partners, and lenders.
- Collaborating with property management to compile reporting data and understand key drivers of asset performance including: occupancy, pricing, and competitive supply trends.
- Analyze and underwrite new investment opportunities including ground-up developments and the acquisition of existing assets.
- Conducting research on target markets including competitive, economic, and demographic analyses.

The BTR and multi-family platform is laser-focused on being the best-in-class operator of single-family and multi-family rental communities throughout the Carolinas.
The Director of Residential Asset Management position will be responsible for developing and executing company strategies and leading the asset management platform. This individual will have the opportunity to be a part of all residential real estate deals - from inception through operations and capitalization, to the realization of a vision.
