Job summary
MBL Land Development & Permitting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing residential, commercial, industrial and municipal projects to obtain project approvals and throughout construction.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed site plans including site layout, grading & drainage and septic design plans using AutoCAD
- Perform drainage design calculations and prepare stormwater reports using HydroCAD and Microsoft applications
- Perform septic design calculations, including pressure dosed and pump designs
- Prepare wetland permitting applications and reports, including Notices of Intent and Requests for Determination of Applicability etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience6+ years of civil engineering design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DHydroCADand Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivatedand eager to learn new skillsand technologiesStrong communicationlistening,and writing abilitiesAdaptabilityto changing workloads with the ability to take on new rolesandeffectively delegate tasks.Job description
