Job Summary:
This position involves working in an adult acute setting and includes weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. They will document findings, progress, and provide guidance to patients and caregivers. Additionally, they will offer recommendations and support program development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited university-based program
Licenses/Certifications: Current license in speech/language pathology in Texas, certification from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Basic Life Support Certification
