PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings

PLUMBER JOB DUTIES:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildingsInspect plumbing systems and pipes.
Review Blueprints and schematics

• Journeyman level plumbers should be efficient.

Follow local and state plumbing codes.
Measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods.
Using hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing tradeEnsure installed pipes and systems pass inspections.


PLUMBER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovations. Must have a current state-issued journeyman or apprentice plumbing license.
Must have proper identification for employment.
Must have hand tools required for plumbing.
