    Description
    Job Summary - Sales Representative Position in Colorado Springs/Pueblo (bilingual required)

    This role is all about achieving the sales plan given by Greco. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales profitability and account penetration in your assigned territory by effectively promoting and selling the company's products. The key here is to build solid relationships with both existing and potential customers to secure orders and assist them in finding the best products for their needs.


    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers to drive new business for Greco.
    • Conduct in-person visits and presentations to showcase products to customers.
    • Take customer orders while keeping Greco's sales goals in mind.
    • Respond promptly to customer issues and requirements.
    • Analyze daily sales reports for growth opportunities.
    • Stay updated on product applications, market trends, and competitors in your market.
    • Participate in training sessions and customer events.
    • Build strong relationships with key contacts at customer accounts.
    • Implement strategies to manage accounts effectively and prevent payment delays.
    • Maintain accurate customer profiles and pricing information.
    EducationHigh school diploma or GED preferred - Bachelor's degree in relevant field a plusExperience6 months sales or restaurant management experience, 2 years food service background highly preferredMust be proficient in English/SpanishLicenses/Certifications Required
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
    • Current automobile insurance meeting specific requirements.
    Professional Skills
    • Expertise in food categories or culinary background.
    • Consultative sales skills.
    • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
    • Excellent customer relations and basic computer skills.
    DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
    • Independently decide on customer relationships, time management, pricing, and self-motivation.
    • Collaborate with supervisors on sales strategy, pricing, and approvals.
