    How You Will Make A Difference

    This Territory Manager position supports our

    V. Mueller

    product portfolio.

    Responsible for selling surgical devices to the acute care marketplace withinthe defined Territory.
    Solicit orders aggressively from present and prospective customers utilizing the entire V. Mueller product portfolio
    Involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include Surgical instruments, Genesis containers, Ancillary OR products and/or disposables
    Meet and/or exceed sales expectations and increase total company market share in assigned territory.
    Partner with other Steris sales consultants when and where applicable.
    Seek new Customers aggressively and formulate follow up plans for such action as directed by the Regional Business Manager.
    Develop business plan to be updated quarterly on account activities, programs and targets.

    Satisfy Customer complaints in accordance with Steris policies and advise Regional Business Manager promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority.

    Stay attentive to competitors' products and merchandizing practices and keep the Regional Business Manager informed concerning them.
    Maintain up-to-date Customer account profiles
    Prepare and submit call reports as required by Regional Business Manager.
    Attend and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and trade shows as directed.

    This is a remote based customer facing position.

    To support and service our customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of the following state:
    Washington.

    What You Need To Be Successful

    Bachelors Degree required
    Minimum of 5 years related sales experience (Healthcare sales preferred)
    Acute care and/or Operating Room selling experience preferred
    Strong planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
    Proven industry product knowledge preferred
    Minimal overnight travel
    Excellent written and verbal communication skill
    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

    Pay range for this opportunity is $67, $90, This position is eligible for commission.

    Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.

    Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

    Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week.

    Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
