- Oversee warehouse automation planning and execution; Define key success measures related to automation usage.
- Illustrate examples of electrical design applications in automating supply chain processes. Demonstrate understanding of schematics and common mechanical components of DC and FC equipment.
- Be knowledgeable about warehouse automation equipment and its operation mode, capable of interpreting planning drawings based on equipment properties.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to design approval; Develop high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Efficiently interact with suppliers, oversee project implementation, ensure compliance, provide timely feedback, and resolve issues promptly; Act as the main technical contact for suppliers on your projects.
- Support and collaborate with the Operation team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of the designed system.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in industrial engineering, logistics engineering, logistics management, mechanical engineering, etc;
- Have 6+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse planning, design, and implementation in leading E-commerce companies; Proficient in warehouse infrastructure, electricity, networking, and other engineering aspects, capable of designing warehouse layouts, planning solutions, creating layout diagrams, detailing equipment, and managing budgets.
- Experience with advanced automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, or high-speed manufacturing; Proficiency in concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, statistical analysis, and decision-making.
- Proficient in using business and technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Effective under pressure, with strong prioritization skills;

SHEIN is looking for an Industrial Engineering Manager for the IE Team in Seattle. The IE team consists of operational leaders driving process and operational system optimization, layout design, automation, and continuous improvement for the US Fulfillment Network. This team plays a crucial role in establishing top-notch network performance across all process paths, speeding up the adoption of technological advancements, and enhancing the technical skills and process knowledge for operational leaders across the FC network.
