    Title: Java Fullstack Lead Developer

    Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

    Job description:

    • Working as a Java Lead/Architect who develop, provide Solution in requirement, lead technical team.
    • Owned task management for timeframe of each quarter release sign off on implementation plans and regression Production releases.
    • Creating Program roadmaps for multiple IT application projects using Agile Practice.
    • Helps in defining success measures for reporting Metrics on program performance measures.
    • Detailed Risk and Issue tracking
    • Handles cross departmental Challenge like unaligned goals and lack of communication.
    • Producing accurate and timely reporting for Program status.
    • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding projects.
    • Timely reporting of program status
    • Strong knowledge in Java Full stack Technology with exposure to Technical leading team, development, Unit Testing, release Management
    • Facilitate and lead Program, rollouts, strategic discussions with internal and customer stakeholders.
    • Actively taken ownership of multiple migrations and Release management
    • Oversees Delivery Quality and Customer Escalations.
    • Hand on experience in Reviewing delivery accomplishments.
    • Ownership on Alignment with Program Director/Business Relationship Managers
    • Proficient in Full Software Life cycle from Requirement Elicitation, Estimation, Test Planning till Implementation. Experience with multiple system development life-cycle mythologies
