    Philippe Bistro in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced AM line cook to join their team.

    Located on 133 S College Ave, they are looking for a candidate who is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

    The position offers $17.00 per hour plus shared tips (averaging between $5.00 to $8.00 extra per hour).

    This is a full-time AM line cook position, requiring prior experience in the field.

    Work hours are from 8/8:30 am to 4 pm on Wednesday to Friday and from 7 am to 3:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

    The restaurant remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Paid sick leave is provided in compliance with the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up workstations
    • Cook dishes to business standards
    • Perform daily general prep according to standard recipes
    • Adhere to health and safety protocols
    • Prepare ingredients for each shift

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as a cook is essential
    • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
    • Strong attention to detail

    Available shifts most days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation varies based on experience.
