Job summary
The Director of Member Experience & Private Events serves as a primary relationship ambassador for the Club.This role is responsible for new Member orientation and retention initiatives, Member communications, Club programming, private event sales and coordination.
This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, and vibrant Club environment while delivering exceptional private event experiences.
- Lead the onboarding and orientation experience for all new Members
- Build strong relationships with Members to support satisfaction and retention
- Serve as a visible and accessible presence within the Club and at Member events
- Partner with Club leadership to enhance overall Member experience initiatives
