    Hire Resolve is a leading staffing and recruitment agency, specializing in placing professionals in various industries. Our client, a prestigious law firm located in Charlotte NC, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their Accounts Payable department with Concur experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in accounting and a passion for the legal industry to join a highly reputable firm.

    Responsibilities
    • Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
    • Prepare and execute payments to vendors, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
    • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all AP transactions
    • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
    • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
    • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Experienced in Concur
