    Objective:

    To setup and operate equipment to cut and form metal products with the highest level of quality and
    efficiency.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • At least 3 years of applicable sheet metal equipment setup and operation experience

    • Training or equivalent experience with conventional equipment, hand tools (Ex.Grinder, calipers, Lifting magnets,
    etc.)

    • Preferred experience with welding or machining

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up

    • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints

    • Customer service and quality driven

    • Ability to program, setup and operate CNC sheet metal equipment

    • High level of mechanical aptitude

    • Ability to be cross trained in other functions

    • Ability to use diverse hand tools and equipment to perform duties

    • Basic math, reasoning, problem solving and computer skills

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Execute assignments as given by the Supervisor or Group Leader

    • Immediately inform supervision of all equipment, process, material, safety, and quality concerns

    • Follow all work instructions, policies, work rules, safety guidelines, and work procedures

    • Meet or exceed all quality and quantity requirements

    • Program, setup and operate CNC Plasma cutter

    • Program, setup and operate CNC Laser cutter

    • Program, setup and operate CNC press brake

    • Perform required measurements and validation testing of products

    • Training other team members as assigned

    • Participate in daily housekeeping of assigned areas and other cleanup efforts as assigned

    • Participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer complaint resolution efforts.

    • Read and understand product blueprints and technical data sheets as required.

    • Perform basic preventative equipment maintenance as assigned.

    • Accept reassignment to other departments as workload dictates.

    Pay Rate: $21.00-$28.00 depending on qualifications and relevant work experience

    First Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Thursday
