    Med-Scribe, Inc., a dedicated staffing agency with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector, is excited to partner with a fast-growing behavioral health practice to find a compassionate and driven Mental Health Clinician (LMSW). We specialize in matching candidates with the right opportunities.

    This role offers a supportive, interdisciplinary environment where you can provide specialized, evidence-based care to individuals dealing with chronic pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and related issues. Join a team that prioritizes professional development and values a curious mindset.

    About the Position:

    As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:

    • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Provide therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
    • Collaborate with a committed interdisciplinary team during weekly meetings.
    • Triage and refer patients as necessary.
    • Enjoy a flexible work schedule, with options for full-time or part-time roles.

    Direct Service Expectations:

    • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, ideally with one evening per week until 7 PM (Tuesday) or until 6 PM (Thursday), totaling 40 hours/week with approx. 30 clinical hours per week.
    • Part-Time: 12-24 hours/week, with flexible scheduling available.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Full-Time (Salaried): $68,000-$75,000 DOE, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.

    Part-Time (Hourly): $40-$50/hr DOE, offering paid sick time and a flexible schedule with administrative and IT support.

    Requirements:

    • LMSWs with 1-5 years of clinical experience.
    • Clinicians who demonstrate curiosity, flexibility, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, especially around chronic health and mental health.
    • Individuals who value collaboration, warmth, and ongoing professional development.
