    What you'll do:


    Lead the design, development, and maintenance of several Park Place products and services using .NET, C#, and Azure cloud technologies adhering to coding standards and best practices.

    Work closely with a team of talented product managers and other business stakeholders to deliver high quality products and ensure prioritization of deliverables aligns with business goals and timelines.

    Craft high-performing, reusable code, implement unit tests, and engage in code reviews to uphold best practices and industry standards.
    Actively contribute to planning of team OKRs, monitor and report progress.
    Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of .NET applications in Azure.
    Conduct thorough code reviews and providing mentorship to team members.
    Participate in Sprint planning and provide accurate estimates on projects/tasks.
    Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, scalability, and security issues in Azure environments.
    Be an advocate of modern engineering practices & DevOps practices and be available as needed to support production deployments.
    Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and automate business processes.

    Be a champion for industry best practices and empower the team to continuously identify areas for improvement, identify KPIs and track progress.

    Collaborate with other teams on proof of concepts and contribute to larger organization initiatives.
    Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members and guide them in their career journey.
    Play a key role in talent acquisition and retention within the organization.
    Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

    What we're looking for:


    10+ years of extensive software engineering experience on the Microsoft technology stack building client, server-side components and applications for the cloud (preferably on Azure).

    2 years of experience leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment.
    Proven track record of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage.
    Knowledge of design patterns, test driven development, Object oriented design, cloud computing and distributed systems.
    Strong analytical skills, ability to leverage telemetry and insights to drive product improvement and new features.

    Strong product leadership to set clear & measurable goals for feature areas and lead the team through development and support cycles.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate dependencies, timelines etc. and set expectations with other stakeholders.
    Good track record for hiring and retaining right talent.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
    Excellent work ethic, growth mindset, willingness to work on your craft and take initiative in learning new skills.

    Bonus Points:
    Relevant certifications such as Azure Developer/Architect/Administrator etc.
    Prior experience with Event driven architectures, distributed systems and Microservices is a big plus.
    Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Low Code/No Code solutions.
    Contributions to projects on GitHub, developer communities like Stack Overflow, Microsoft Q&A, published blog posts etc.
    Experience working in a global environment involving multiple development teams across various time zones.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
