• Long term SOW Full benefits including PTO and 401K$60 $80/hr + Per DiemCleveland, OHKelly Engineering is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to manage a large plant construction project for our client in Cleveland, OH.

This is a long-term contract role of 1-2 years with the possibility for extension.


Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage field construction activities in HyCO, Air Separation, and other process gas technologies.
Lead the execution of construction contracts at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Manage contract values ranging from $10MM to $300MM.Lead onsite construction activity with 100% travel requirement.
Assignments typically last 1-2 years with occasional short-term assignments.
Must be flexible regarding project locations.


Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of heavy industrial construction experience OR 2 years of industry experience plus a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.

Cross-functional experience in project management, construction strategy or constructability responsibilities within an EPC, construction estimating and take-off, and/or project controls is a plus.

Proven record of success in safety, quality, contract management, planning, and progress tracking.
Strong leadership and social skills with dedication to employee involvement, team building, and diversity.
Experience with project management software such as P6, MS Project, and Earned Value schedules.
Experience with crane lift supervision is a plus.
