Payroll Specialist III - Omaha

Job summary
Processing payroll from endtoend (hiretoterm) including setting up proper taxation banking information and deductions for a large group of employees Answering employee's questions promptly contacting employees to resolve missing items necessary to process payroll Reviewing processed payroll for accuracy and to process the necessary corrections timely Maintaining organized records and documentation responsible for providing documentation and answering inquiries during Sox compliance reviews and other audits Creating Adhoc reports able to analyze data Working knowledge of FLSA California Labor Code Ability to calculate manual payrolls checks for terminating employees including all necessary earnings taxes deductions Must have good knowledge of flexible spending plans garnishments employee stock purchase plans stock options 401(k) plans Able to work in a fast paced environment meet deadlines Required Qualifications:
