- 3-4 years experience planning, launching, and managing search marketing campaigns across Google AdWords and Bing. They will be setting up, managing, and optimizing these campaigns. We are hoping for someone who spends a LOT of time in paid search. The candidate should be able to explain paid search in an accessible way.
- Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint
- Working knowledge of GA4 (or other analytics software), conversion tracking, e-commerce, and the interplay of PPC/SEO and local search
- Product background, less focus in agency (seeking an independent strategist).
- Search/Shopping - If shopping they are selling a tangible product. Different setup on shopping vs search. worth them having both of those.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets
