    The Insights Strategist role involves delivering high-quality research support to Finch Brands' insights community clients by managing research projects, analyzing data, and creating valuable insights. This position is pivotal in driving strategies for both Fortune 500 companies and startups across various industries.

    The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in research, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at handling multiple priorities efficiently.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conducting research design, analysis, and creating deliverables, including questionnaire drafting, survey programming, data analysis, and storytelling in PowerPoint.
    • Assisting the account team with high-quality deliverables and precise attention to detail.
    • Managing research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Senior strategists handle more complex projects, while managers show autonomy in project completion.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, advertising, sociology, or statistics.
    • 1-3 years of experience in market research on either the client or supplier side.
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis programs such as Excel, SPSS, MarketSight, R, Q, etc.
    • Ability to design, draft, and program questionnaires and research activities.
    • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
    • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with expertise in PowerPoint.
    • Capability to visually represent data and insights.
    • Self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Focus on aligning research outcomes with client business objectives.
    • Interest in exploring innovative research methods.
    • Curiosity about consumer insights and their impact on business objectives.
    • Project management skills to handle multiple research projects simultaneously.
