What You'll Be Doing:
Provide end-to-end HR services with a focus on resolving employee conflicts and fostering positive relations
Collaborate with the People team to improve HR procedures and ensure employee satisfaction
Serve as a bridge between New York Office and other locations, addressing HR-related issues
Advise management on HR best practices and handle reporting and benefits administration
Implement talent management initiatives while emphasizing relationship building and conflict resolution
Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, sharing HR best practices
Document HR procedures and contribute to special projects as needed


What We Look For In You:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
Ability to travel 2-3 times per month
Ability to work in our New York office 3-4 times per week
In-depth understanding of employee lifecycle and HR protocols
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and common practices
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment
Possess an analytical and research-oriented mindset


Nice to Haves:
Experience with payroll
Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
Strong passion for crypto

Please note:
This is a hybrid role and requires employees to be in the office 3-4 times per week. This role also requires travel 2-3 times per month.

The salary range for this position is $129,000 - $164,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
