- Become familiar with CCHD and other resources and funding opportunities that are available for local
- Assist the Director of Social Concerns in implementing a public education campaign to promote

Description
Department Summary: The Social Concerns Department challenges the Catholic & other faith communities to put their faith into action by living the Catholic social teaching through a variety of programming initiatives, structured educational opportunities, and conversations throughout the St. Cloud Diocese.
Position Summary: The individual will work on ongoing Catholic Campaign Human Development (CCHD) projects that are designed to break the cycle of poverty, and support the Social Concerns team in related social justice work in the diocese.

-This is a paid position, with the individual earning $16.00 per hour (amount pending approval by CCHD each year)

Time Commitments: This position serves approximately between the end of August and the following May, often following the fall and spring semester schedules of area universities. The person will work approximately 15 hours a week with flexibility in the scheduling of hours, dependent on the supervisor's approval and mandatory participation in bi-weekly department meetings.
