    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Job Summary

    Position is responsible for moving inventory as needed to maintain FIFO, production and manage available racking/floor space. Picking and receiving orders for both internal and external customers, closing PO's from outside sources, cycle counting etc.

    Education, Training, Skills and Licenses Required
    • Previous experience with Forklift is a requirement.
    • Computer skills
    • Ability to read and understand requirements on orders.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
    • Must be comfortable working on elevated platform
    • Forklift certification will be required
    • Attention to detail is essential
    • Organizational skills
    Essential Functions
    • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in stock; recording location of inventory and inventory movement.
    • Locate materials and supplies and pull to open floor locations and or production.
    • Accurately pick, pull and receive components, as necessary.
    • Verify stock for shortages and defective products.
    • Maintain FIFO when pulling parts from upper locations.
    • Good attendance is required for this position
