    Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Technologist

    • Performs exams from start to finish
    • Lab orders/results available within 30 days for CT exams with contrast
    • Confirm order is accurate and has authorization
    • Call and schedule patients according to department protocol

    Requirements of the Ultrasound Technologist

    • One year experience preferred in OB/GYN exams, breast is a plus
    • BLS
    • Certification through ARDMS or equivalent in abdomen and/or OB/GYN
    • License from Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) upon start date
