- Prepares paper work necessary for the patient visit.
- Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls, makes appointments, performs Cashier duties as directed including posting of charges,
- Collection of co-payments/co-insurance and balances due.
- Follows the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested.

We are currently searching for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team at our OrthoCarolina University office location in Charlotte.
Under general supervision and according to prescribed procedures, the Patient Services Specialist greets patients, prepares forms, collects, verifies and enters patient information into EPIC necessary for the timely and accurate processing of patient claims.
