    Job Description: Soliant Education is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Middle School Science Teacher to join our team on an hourly contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science education, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in young learners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement engaging science curriculum aligned with state standards and inquiry-based learning principles.
    • Design and facilitate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and activities that promote scientific inquiry, exploration, and discovery.
    • Foster a collaborative and inquiry-driven classroom environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, explore ideas, and solve real-world problems.
    • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to acmodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
    • Assess student understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support academic growth.
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values respect, collaboration, and scientific literacy.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and munity partners to support student learning and success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Education, Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Valid teaching license or certification in Middle School Science (or eligible for certification).
    • Demonstrated experience teaching science at the middle school level.
    • Strong knowledge of scientific concepts, processes, and inquiry-based teaching methods.
    • Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to differentiate instruction and provide individualized support to meet the diverse needs of students.
