Son previously had an au pair, and they had a very strong relationship with her.

Mom is currently on maternity leave and looking after the children.

This may be a difficult transition for the children as their Mom returns to work part time, having been home with the children for the past six months. They are hoping with the help of a great nanny to get through quickly approaching it calmly. Mom expects to be working from home so should be available to support if anything proves really challenging.

For this limited term support, the family needs someone experienced in looking after babies, as the role will primarily be to assist with the baby girl (including helping with developmental milestones and weaning), with more limited responsibilities for the William. (e.g. driving to and from school and helping with lunch). We'd hope to find someone calm, creative, proactive, and patient. Schedule: 8am - 2pm

Compensation: 30/hr, net
