    Job Description Salary:
    *Job Overview:**We are seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations for a

    professional services

    client for a 6-12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance during this interim period.

    This role requires

    in office full time in Moline, IL.


    Duties:

    • Manage all aspects of financial management, including expense, revenue cycle, payroll, and cost management.
    • Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
    • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms.
    • Develop and forecast financial strategies to support business development initiatives.

    Skills:

    • BS Degree in accounting and/or finance; MBA preferred;
    CPA highly desirable

    • Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning in a
    professional services

    environment.

    • Strong expertise in expense management, revenue cycle management, and payroll management.
    • Proficient in cost management techniques and implementing cost control measures.
    • Excellent business analysis skills to drive informed decisionmaking.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external parties.
    • Demonstrated capability in forecasting financial trends and outcomes.
    • Experience in business development strategies to support organizational growth.
