- Prep all needed food items for service.
- Working with kitchen staff to ensure proper execution of menu items.
- Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always of high quality.
- Certify that all nutritional and sanitation regulations are kept.
- Be able to handle hot and cold working conditions during food preparation.
- Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Be able to stand and be on foot most of the scheduled shift.
- A clear understanding of menu items.
- Understanding and responsible for prepping ingredients.
- Strong grasp of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
- Be able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- 2 years of industry experience is a plus.
- Culinary schools are a plus.
- Day Shift. (6 am or later start)
- Afternoon Shift.
- Evening Shift. (9:30 pm or earlier end time)
