The PM will be responsible for ensuring the deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
The incumbent should be familiar with a variety of project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources for the delivery of a ITSM solution
• Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
• Prepare reports for management and the stakeholders regarding the status of the project.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Communicate and provide notification of the schedule as it is developed and the impact.
• Delegate project tasks to team members as needed.
• Track project performance
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and document processes as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Experience with the implementation of a service desk
• Experience with call technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
