    Description

    We are seeking a talented General Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations, from managing staff to controlling inventory, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

    • Reporting to the District Manager regularly to aim for restaurant excellence.

    As the financial pillar of our business, you will focus on maximizing profits and minimizing costs while upholding company standards and service levels. Your role involves completing financial and administrative tasks accurately and in line with company policies.

    Emphasizing food safety, you will enforce sanitary practices, maintain high-quality food preparation and service, and uphold a professional restaurant image.

    Central to our business is providing outstanding guest service. You will ensure all guest needs are met promptly, handle concerns efficiently, and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

    Effective communication and leadership are key in this role. General Managers are expected to guide employees, hire staff, provide feedback, and create staffing plans.

    We value community involvement and seek General Managers who share this ethos. You should engage in local marketing, build relationships with guests and neighbors, and participate in community events.

    The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, knowledge of restaurant operations, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States.

    Key traits include self-discipline, leadership, initiative, and excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse team.

    Candidates must manage multiple tasks effectively, maintain operational standards, and assess job applicants' qualifications.
