Job summary
We're seeking a motivated Project Manager / Estimator with a background in restoration (water, fire, mold), asbestos abatement, environmental remediation or demolition to support commercial projects throughout Central North Carolina.This position combines estimating project oversight and relationship development. Ideal for someone who has worked in restoration understands scopes emergency response environments insurance-driven projects transitioning jobs from assessment to execution.
- Perform site visits to assess damage hazardous materials demolition requirements
- Develop scopes of work prepare detailed estimates proposals Translate restoration findings into clear project plans Manage projects from award closeout including budgets change orders Coordinate with internal operations teams ensure smooth execution Build maintain relationships general contractors property owners adjusters developers Attend networking events actively support business development Track job costs project profitability Serve as technical resource clients on abatement demolition processes Qualifications:3–5+ years experience in restoration environment services abatement remediation Demanding profession requiring strong communication skills ability perform site walks present scopes customers Organized self-driven able manage multiple projects Proficiency Microsoft Excel basic project documentation tools Valid driver's license travel locally Compensation & BenefitsSalary up to $130000 Health Dental Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan Growth opportunity specialized commercial sector
