- Take accurate food orders from guests
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
- Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
- Other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graduate Hotels is a hand-crafted collection of hotels that reside in dynamic university-anchored towns across the country. Each hotel pays homage to the heritage of its unique town through cultural nods to the local community. Location Description
We're across the street from the University of Michigan campus at Huron and State, housing 207 rooms and 8,600 SF of meeting and event space.
