Development and Marketing Internship - Los Angeles, United States - Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre Company

The Development and Marketing Intern will support Heidi Duckler Dance's Director of Development and Communications with coordinating the planning and execution of the company's marketing plan and efforts to increase revenue from donors, foundations, and corporations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating content for social media platforms and e-blasts, assisting with outreach to partners, audience members, and other non-profit organizations, creating and managing fundraising campaigns, assisting with grant writing, researching marketing trends and local grant-making organizations, and utilizing the company's CRM.

Interns will work in person in Heidi Duckler Dance's Downtown Los Angeles office for 10 weeks over the summer. Rate: $17.28/hour

Applicants will be notified whether or not they will be invited to interview for the position in April or May 2024.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is interested in developing their marketing and/or fundraising skills and learning about the internal operations of an arts nonprofit.

Eligible intern candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduates with a graduate date no earlier than May 2024. Eligible candidates either attend school in or are permanent residents of Los Angeles county.
