    Job Summary:This position is responsible for performing the assigned tasks in the manufacturing process to ensure products are manufactured to meet company as well as customer's standards and guidelines.

    • Follows work instructions as defined by Supervisor
    • Hands-on deburring and using a cryogenic deburring machine
    • Operates parts washer for cleaning
    • Performs final inspections as needed
    • Packages and creates shipping labels for shipment
    • Performs the work of other employees in the department as required by business needs
    • Trains other employees as needed
    • Assists with the enforcement of company policies and procedures, leads by example
    • Proposes process improvements for the area/plant
    • Performs the job while adhering to all company policies and procedures
    • Performs other duties as necessary or assigned

    Education/Certification/Licensing:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    Required Experience/Skills:
    • Ability to deburr
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
    • Ability to use measuring devices (e.g., gauges, micrometer, caliper, etc.)
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Must be able to work overtime as required by business needs
    • Must be self-motivated and work successfully as part of a team

    Works near moving mechanical parts in a warehouse environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by Medin Technologies is required and will be provided.
