- Hands-on deburring and using a cryogenic deburring machine
- Operates parts washer for cleaning
- Performs final inspections as needed
- Packages and creates shipping labels for shipment
- Performs the work of other employees in the department as required by business needs
- Trains other employees as needed
- Assists with the enforcement of company policies and procedures, leads by example
- Proposes process improvements for the area/plant
- Performs the job while adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as necessary or assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to deburr
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be detail oriented
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use measuring devices (e.g., gauges, micrometer, caliper, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work overtime as required by business needs
