We are seeking a Project Manager Construction to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in various phases of
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid to closeout
• Develop and manage customer relationships with current and potential customers
• Manage and evaluate pricing and scheduling for current and upcoming projects.
• Track and analyze project profitability
• Manage billing, change management, costs, and profitability
• Work with project team to coordinate work with other trades

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in estimating masonry would be beneficial
