- Monitor team members to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Supervise guest service, being attentive to any requests for assistance.
- Assist in establishing and overseeing completion of daily sidework duties.
- Review communication records from previous shifts and prepare them for the next shift.
- Check the cleanliness and setup of the restaurant and tables.
- Provide clear directions to staff through verbal and written communication.
- Adhere to attendance policies and work regularly as scheduled.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
