Job summary

The Coordinator - Gift Department at The Breakers Hotel is responsible for managing the activities of the Gift Department to ensure the complete satisfaction of guests and internal departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with team members and management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Associate degree (AA) with at least 1 year of experience in the administrative field is desired.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Responsibilities

      Coordinate all gift orders for hotel guests and club members.
      Provide suggestions from the Gift Guide.to meet individual guest needs.
