Job summary
The Porter is responsible for assisting the Maintenance team in maintaining cleanliness of property.The essential functions include daily interior cleanliness of buildings including general cleaning tasks,
daily trash handling and removal,
and light maintenance such as replacing bulbs filters blinds shades etc.
- Daily interior cleanliness of buildings including general cleaning tasks
- Daily trash handling and removal including emptying compactors breaking down cardboard boxes bringing trash curbside.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy remove all items left behind leave units in broom-swept condition.
