Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our client's growing team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervise and provide direction to subcontractors, vendors, and other construction personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent and prior experience working on water/wastewater projects
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
