- A+ Certification or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows operating systems (Win 7, Win 8, O365)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide VIP support
- Provide technical support for desktop/end user technologies, collaboration tools, mobile technologies, and printing services
- Routine tasks include diagnosing system problems, consulting with users on hardware/software issues, collaborating with other IT teams, installing/upgrading equipment infrastructure
