We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, providing them with broad exposure and experience in the legal industry.

This role requires a strong commitment to our clients, a deep understanding of the legal process, and an unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes.

As a Litigation Associate, you will be expected to:
Manage all aspects of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Develop and implement litigation strategies, conduct effective legal research, and draft compelling legal documents.
Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights and obligations.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop defense strategies, while also working independently on various cases.
Stay abreast of current legal trends and updates in insurance defense litigation.
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associate role will have:
D. degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the Virginia bar.
A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
