- Supervise and make administrative decisions for specialty care clinical services.
- Verify and submit Clinical Competencies for staff.
- Coordinate schedules on a daily and monthly basis.
- Orient new clinical staff and provide ongoing training.
- Maintain job descriptions for staff.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Complete performance evaluations for clinical support staff.
- Manage clinical supplies.
- Participate in patient care within a team.
- Monitor staffing levels and workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on survey preparation.
- Address patient care needs and complaints.
- Maintain occurrence reports and compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Develop clinical policies and practice guidelines.
- Acquire knowledge of new technology and procedures.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Monitor staff productivity and assist in staffing benchmarks and budgeting.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
- BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience in a Clinical Specialty ambulatory setting.
- Minimum three years' experience in staff supervision.
