Job summary
We are seeking a Dementia Care Director to oversee all aspects of the Activity Program and coordinate pre-admission assessments.Responsibilities include:
- Oversight of all aspects of the Activity Program
- Coordinate Pre-Admission Assessment/Screens
- Care planning: including identifying behavior triggers, appropriate response and intervention, individual preferences etc.
- Milieu: create and maintain a comfortable and homelike environment
