An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. • Providing A+ quality of class instruction: 
• Instruction of up to 6 high energy, "educating" classes daily
•  Customer relations with the students and parents 
•  Curriculum testing of students 
• Events- Birthday parties, Parent's Night Out

  Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency in one or more martial arts disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with a focus on character development.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children
• Experience teaching children
• Organized, self-starter 
• Service-first mentality
