- Current Pennsylvania License and DEA
- Proficient using electronic health records
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision
- Willingness to supervise advanced practice providers
- Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Medical/Dental/Vision (Employee and Family plans available, eligible immediately upon start date)
