Job summary
XVIII ABC Hub and Spoke MTCs provide individual and collective training on Army Mission Command Systems using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. At GDIT Trainer IIs help ensure today is safe tomorrow smarter by developing training methods materials such as curriculum lectures computer-based training aids based on consultation with client user specifications Participate in special projects as required.
Maintain technical proficiency regarding US Army Mission Command Information MCIS systems Prepares delivers mission command training based on unit's training objectives event/exercise plans received from Training Support Lead Develops Training Support Packages TSP that include comprehensive operational procedures integrating simulations/stimulation systems with MCIS systems Design creates scenarios for simulations stimulation software applications conduct end-to-end Operational Readiness Testing ORT troubleshooting modifying system support training Delivers small medium large collective events exercises established MTC program Participates lifecycle planning preparation execution recovery AAR Performing limited manual non-manual work related general business operations MTC Director customers military units Work predominantly intellectual character consistently exercise discretion judgment Participants projects directed.
